We are an investigative nonprofit that aims to help people who are excessively sentenced or wrongfully convicted of crimes they did not commit. Our hope is to help people help themselves.

Who We Are

Rhonda Bear

Rhonda Bear

A Claremore business owner who has dedicated herself to giving women a second chance at life. After spending time in one of Oklahoma's prisons, she realized that everyone deserves another chance at living their life to the fullest. She has created 13 transitional homes for women to better transition back into society. She also works for Standing in the Gap's Women in Transition program.

Eric Cullen

Eric Cullen

A long-time licensed private investigator, consultant and founder of Cullen Investigations. He has always prided himself on giving attorneys and clients the tools and evidence necessary to win their cases with great success. He has been key in the exoneration of five people in Oklahoma since 2011. He is excited to use his expertise and experience for the success and direction of Another Chance Justice Project.

Kevin Armstrong

Kevin Armstrong

Kevin Armstrong worked as a newspaper editor for 33 years in Virginia and Oklahoma and in 2013 founded the nonprofit OKJ2 - Oklahoma Journalists for Justice. The organization investigates claims of innocence by Oklahoma inmates. In 2017, Armstrong became president of OK CURE (Citizens United for the Rehabilitation of Errants). That nonprofit organization promotes the rehabilitation of convicted individuals in Oklahoma so that they become productive citizens and not repeat offenders.
